Payment Policy: Clients MUST be 18 years of age or older to schedule, pay, and participate in a reading/session/event and agree that upon your own volition, you hold yourself fully responsible for engaging in this session/reading/event. ALL appointments require payment in full at the time of booking.

2. Intoxicants & Misconduct Policy: There is a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for threatening, intimidating, bullying, aggressive, or sexual behavior, and Natasha Randolph and Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, its owners, and its affiliates reserve the right to remove any attendee who exhibits such behaviors through means up to and including contacting local law enforcement. Understand that any drugs, illicit substances, guns, knives, or any other weapons are NOT permitted on site of any in-person services and local events. Under NO circumstances are you to attend your reading/session/event in any state of intoxication or to exhibit hostile behavior. This includes, but is NOT limited to, any level of aggression, disrespect, alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, and legal drugs that affect your mind (i.e.- painkillers, THC products, etc.). Under these circumstances, your time immediately ends, and your payment/deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

3. Tardiness Policy: You are responsible for being on time for your scheduled appointment/session/event. Your reading/session/event officially starts at the scheduled time. If you are late for your session/reading/event for any reason, the time WILL be impacted; meaning the reading/session/event ends at the scheduled time and your reading/session/event will be shorter than expected due to your delay, as not to impact appointments after yours. If you are late, Natasha is NOT responsible for making up missed time.

4. NO SHOWS Policy: Clients who fail to arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a NO SHOW. There will be NO refunds for NO SHOWS under ANY circumstances. Clients MUST contact Natasha by email (at Natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com ) within 72 hours of their scheduled appointment if they wish to reschedule their session.

5. If Psychic Medium Natasha LLC misses an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Clients will be contacted and offered an alternative time slot or a full refund.

6. Non-participating guests, including babies and children, are NOT ALLOWED in any type of session.

7. Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling Policy: When canceling your booking, automatic rescheduling is NOT always guaranteed. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment less than 2 hours before. Clients can choose to reschedule or cancel their appointments within the initial confirmation email that was received after booking. This brings them back to their confirmation page. Click Reschedule or Cancel. Anyone who has issues with canceling, or rescheduling, or wishes to receive a refund, please contact Natasha directly by email at Natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com.

8. Refund Policy: There will be NO REFUNDS for ANY COMPLETED readings, sessions, and appointments for ANY reason. ALL classes, workshops, and events are FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients may request a full refund ONLY IF, an appointment is canceled prior to meeting with Psychic Medium Natasha LLC or If Natasha herself was unable to meet you for your scheduled appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. (Psychic Medium Natasha LLC uses Stripe as our payment processor, and it usually takes 5 - 10 days to receive your full refund).
