In-office sessions are held in person at my space in Virginia Beach for anyone who loves that face-to-face connection.

Virtual sessions are held via phone call or Zoom (whichever you prefer!) and are perfect if you have a busy schedule, live out of state, or just prefer receiving a session from the comfort of your own space.

All sessions are by appointment only, and no walk-ins can be accommodated!

Scheduling in advance allows me to prepare my energy, cleanse my space, and give you my full, undivided attention without any rushing or interruptions.

Simply decide if you want in-office or virtual, pick the type of service that fits for you, choose your date and time, enter your information, and submit payment to lock in your session.

Yes, full payment is required when you book to lock in your appointment!

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available if you have them enabled on your device or browser.

Please note that Cash, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo are NOT ACCEPTED, as all bookings must be paid online through the scheduler.

You do not have to do a lot to prepare for your session! It all comes down to showing up on time and keeping an open mind.

Phone Sessions: Be in a quiet space where we can hear each other. I will call you exactly one minute before your scheduled appointment time.

Zoom Sessions: Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email, or use the Zoom link sent by text message exactly five minutes before your scheduled session time.

In-Office Sessions: Arrive on time at my Virginia Beach office at your exact scheduled session time.

If you have specific questions, key points, or names on your heart, write them down and bring your list with you so we can make sure we get to everything and dive deep into all of it!

I understand that traffic, technical glitches, and life delays happen! Here is how late arrivals and missed sessions are handled:

• 15-Minute Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all sessions. If you arrive within this window, your session will proceed, but it will still end at your originally scheduled time so that I can stay on schedule for the next client.

• 16+ Minutes Late: Arriving 16 minutes late or more is considered a "no-show," and the session will be canceled.

• No-Show Policy: Failing to attend your scheduled session without prior notice results in 100% payment forfeiture. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

Life happens! You can easily manage your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Here is everything you need to know about rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds for all services:

Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours in advance: You can reschedule your appointment one time at no extra cost. Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking. If you attempt to reschedule a second time, the session will be canceled and the original payment forfeited.

• Less than 24 hours in advance: Last-minute rescheduling depends on availability and is approved at my sole discretion. If a reschedule is not possible, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 24 hours in advance: You can cancel your appointment for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

• Less than 24 hours in advance: You can cancel your appointment, but a 50% late cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that canceling your session through the scheduling page removes the appointment from my calendar, but refunds are not automatic! If you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to me directly so I can manually process it for you. Once initiated, Stripe takes 5 to 10 business days to return the funds to your original payment method.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to take notes or record your session. I want you to have these memories and insights to look back on.

Please just let me know at the beginning of our session, so I can make sure I am enunciating clearly and projecting my voice for you.

• Zoom Sessions: If you would like your session recorded, please mention it to me at the start of our call. I can press the record button on my end and email you the file after we finish so you can keep and download it.

• Phone Sessions: I do not personally have any means of recording phone calls, but you are welcome to use your own recording method on your end as long as you disclose this at the beginning of our call.

• In-Office Sessions: I do not have a built-in camera or recording system in the office, but you are welcome to bring a notebook and pen or use your own smart cellphone to record audio or video.

Please note: Session recordings and notes are strictly for your own personal use and reflection. Sharing, distributing, posting on social media, or using recordings for commercial purposes is not permitted.

To honor the private and focused nature of your session, all appointments are conducted one-on-one. This applies to in-office, phone, and Zoom sessions.

Non-participating and non-scheduled guests, children, and pets are not permitted to sit in on or listen to your session. This includes being present in the background during phone or Zoom appointments. Having additional people present can be distracting and may affect my ability to remain fully focused, energetically connected, and attentive to the work at hand. Each appointment is intended specifically for the individual who is scheduled and booked with me.

I completely understand that you may want a loved one nearby for moral support, and that support is welcome before or after your appointment. For virtual and phone sessions, you are welcome to meet up with your loved one immediately afterward. For in-office appointments, guests who are accompanying you for support may wait comfortably in the waiting area while your session takes place.

Keeping each session private allows me to give you my full, undivided attention and go as deeply as possible into the work we are doing together. This dedicated one-on-one space helps me stay fully present, focused, and dialed in to your individual experience.
