LEGAL POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE
Eligibility & Payment:
You must be 18 years or older to book, participate in, purchase, or access any services, products, events, content, or membership with Psychic Medium Natasha LLC. Full payment is required at the time of booking or registration to secure your appointment, event spot, or purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time. Reasonable notice will be given when possible.
Code of Conduct:
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, Psychic Medium Natasha LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication, drug use, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
All clients and participants are expected to be respectful, sober, and fully present during sessions, events, and while accessing digital content or member spaces. Non-participating guests, children, and pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal, session termination, or revoked access to live or recorded content, events, or membership spaces without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, and serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance by using the link in their confirmation email or by contacting Natasha at natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.
If Natasha must cancel due to illness, emergency, or technical issues, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered rescheduling options. Psychic Medium Natasha LLC also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, group, workshop, or event at any time. All reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants in advance.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy:
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.
No-shows are defined as either missing your appointment entirely without notice or failing to arrive within the 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. In either case, a $20 no-show fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be restricted from booking future sessions.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed sessions, readings, appointments, events, digital products, late arrivals, missed events, client misconduct, or disruptive behavior. Digital products, gift cards, and prepaid packages are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Additionally, if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, before any service has been delivered or begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Privacy Policy:
Your personal information is kept confidential and used only to deliver services, process payments, and send relevant communications. We do not sell, misuse, or share your data, except with trusted service providers like Stripe, Squarespace, and Acuity Scheduling, who help securely manage bookings and transactions.
All sessions and communications are confidential unless you provide written consent to share.
Event Policy:
All tickets and registrations are final sale and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host. If an event is canceled by Natasha, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date. Attendees must be 18 or older.
Event-related materials, including replays, handouts, PDFs, or recordings, are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed in any form. Unauthorized recording, screenshots, or reproduction of the event or its materials is strictly prohibited without express permission.
Attendees are expected to arrive on time, be respectful, and have a working device and stable internet for virtual events. Psychic Medium Natasha LLC is not responsible for missed events or issues caused by a participant’s technology. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Online Shop Policy:
All purchases from the Psychic Medium Natasha LLC online shop are final sale. This includes physical products, digital downloads, courses, meditations, PDFs, and other spiritual tools. Digital products are considered delivered once download access is provided and are therefore non-refundable. Due to the energetic nature of spiritual items and the digital format of many of our products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
