Natasha prefers that you try to wait at least 3-6 months, to allow that Spirit some time to process their life. Usually, when you rush this, you can often have an unstable connection that is not sustainable for an adequate Mediumship Session.

Spirits need time to process what has happened, how they feel, and the aftermath. This can be especially difficult depending on whether the individual has had any traumas, the nature of death, fear of crossing over, & if the Spirit has attachments to the physical world.

“How many sessions you need” all depends on the goal that you are aiming to achieve.

If you are focused on aura clearing, chakra balancing, and cord cutting, we feel that this can most likely be achieved within one Reiki session.

However, If you are focused on “deeper work” like past life wounds, generational trauma, suppressed subconscious memories, nervous system healing, soul loss, or self-discovery, then it is recommended to consider booking multiple sessions of Reiki.

Reiki transcends time and space making it possible to receive energy healing anywhere. Distance Reiki works in accordance with Universal Spiritual Law: that we are all connected, as we are all energy and part of a large source.

A typical full Reiki Healing session with Natasha lasts for 80 minutes.

It is recommended to wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Avoid clothing with tight or constricting fits. Please wear a pair of clean socks to your session because you will be asked to remove your shoes before starting your session.

Clients MUST BE 18 years of age or older to schedule, pay, and participate in a reading/session/event and agree upon your own volition, you hold yourself fully responsible for engaging in this session/reading/event.

ALL appointments require full payment at the time of booking.

When canceling your booking, automatic rescheduling is NOT always guaranteed.

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment less than 2 hours before.

Clients can choose to reschedule or cancel their appointments within the initial confirmation email that was received after booking. This brings them back to their confirmation page. Click Reschedule or Cancel.

As mentioned within our policies & terms of service: Non-participating guests, including pets, friends, family members, babies, and children, are NOT ALLOWED in any type of session.

You are responsible for being on time for your scheduled appointment/session/event. Your reading/session/event officially starts at the scheduled time. If you are late for your session/reading/event for any reason, the time WILL be impacted; meaning the reading/session/event ends at the scheduled time and your reading/session/event will be shorter than expected due to your delay, as not to impact appointments after yours.

If you are late, Natasha is NOT responsible for making up missed time.

Clients who fail to arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a NO SHOW.

There will be NO refunds for NO SHOWS under ANY circumstances.

Clients MUST contact Natasha by email (at Natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com ) within 72 hours of their scheduled appointment if they wish to reschedule their session.

There will be NO REFUNDS for ANY COMPLETED readings, sessions, and appointments for ANY reason.

ALL classes, workshops, and events are FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Clients may request a full refund ONLY IF, an appointment is canceled prior to meeting with Psychic Medium Natasha LLC or If Natasha herself was unable to meet you for your scheduled appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC uses Stripe as our payment processor, and it usually takes 5 - 10 days to receive your full refund.

There is a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for threatening, intimidating, bullying, aggressive, or sexual behavior, and Natasha Randolph and Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, its owners, and its affiliates reserve the right to remove any attendee who exhibits such behaviors through means up to and including contacting local law enforcement. Under NO circumstances are you to attend your reading/session/event in any state of intoxication or to exhibit hostile behavior.
