All services, sessions, readings, events, or offerings obtained through promotions, raffles, giveaways, contests, or similar initiatives are subject to these same Terms and Conditions, including all policies, disclaimers, and conduct expectations outlined herein.

1.2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, including all services, sessions, offerings, programs, events, products, digital content, memberships, resources, and materials provided through out website, third-party platforms, or any other channels.

“You” and “your” refer to any user, clients, customer, participant, or individual who accesses, purchases, books, receives, or engages with any offering provided by the Company.

2.6 Not a Crisis Service

Services are not intended for individuals experiencing medical, financial, psychological, or emotional crises. If you are in distress or require immediate support, you agree to seek assistance from a licensed medical professional or appropriate emergency service.

2.7 Right to Refuse Service

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any time, at its sole discretion, if a client is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or not aligned with the scope or nature of the services provided.

SECTION 3: SCOPE OF SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

3.1 Nature of Service

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC provides spiritual and intuitive services including, but not limited to, Psychic Readings, Aura Readings, Oracle Card Readings, Mediumship Readings, Spiritual Mentoring, Reiki Healing, Property Energy Readings, Property Clearing and Blessing, and Copper Pyramid Sound Baths.

These services are intended to offer insight, clarity, energetic support, and spiritual guidance for personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual development. Energy-based services (e.g., Reiki, Sound Baths, and Property Clearings) are strictly spiritual in nature and are NOT substitutes for medical treatment, mental health care, professional cleaning, structural assessments, or professional property inspections.

3.2 Entertainment Purposes Only

All services, sessions, content, and products are provided by Psychic Medium Natasha LLC are for entertainment purposes only. By engaging with services, you acknowledge that intuitive information is not guaranteed to be accurate, absolute, or predictive of future outcomes.

3.3 Professional Disclaimer

Services provided by Psychic Medium Natasha LLC are NOT a substitute for professional advice or care. Nothing offered should be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice. You agree to seek guidance from a licensed professional (e.g., Doctor, Lawyer, Accountant) for any such matters.

3.4 No Guarantee of Results

Due to the subjective nature of spiritual work, results will vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes, experiences, or effectiveness, including the perceived removal of specific energetic disturbances or “entities” during property or personal clearings. In mediumship sessions, connection with specific individuals is not guaranteed.

3.5 Client Responsibility and Interpretation

You acknowledge that all services are offered as guidance only. You acknowledge that all interpretations, decisions, and actions taken based on the information provided are your sole responsibility. Intuitive insights may be symbolic, open to interpretation, and influenced by personal perception.

3.6 Future Outcomes and Free Will

Any discussion of potential future events or possibilities is not a guarantee of outcome. You acknowledge the role of free will, and understand that your own choices, as well as external factors, may influence or change any potential outcome discussed.

3.7 No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without any express or implies warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.8 Personal Well Being

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after any service. You agree to seek appropriate support if needed.

SECTION 4: FINANCIAL POLICIES

4.1 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking, registration, or purchase to secure your appointment, event spot, product, or access to services. No services will be provided without confirmed payment.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and other secured online payments methods available at checkout. Payments are secured processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Psychic Medium Natasha LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes so not apply to services or purchases that have already been paid in full. Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or platform fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered according to the Appointment Logistics section (see Section 5).

Refunds will not be issued based on a client’s dissatisfaction with the spiritual insights, messages, or “connection” provided, as the nature of intuitive work is subjective. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

4.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Psychic Medium Natasha LLC to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Submitting payment constitutes your express authorization of the transaction.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserves the right to:

· Provide proof of purchase, signed agreements, and evidence of services rendered to the payment processor

· Permanently refuse future services to the client.

· Pursue recovery of funds, including any administrative or legal fees associated with the dispute.

· Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be treated as a breach of contract.

4.5 Non-transferable Purchases

Bookings and registrations are for the named client only. Purchases may not be shared, resold, or reassigned to another individual without prior written consent from Psychic Medium Natasha LLC.

SECTION 5: APPOINTMENT LOGISTICS

5.1 Rescheduling Policy

· More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no cost. Your original payment will be applied in full to the new date and time.

· One-Time Limit: Rescheduling is permitted once per booking. If you attempt to reschedule the same appointment a second time, the session will be canceled, and the original payment will be forfeited. You will be required to book a new session at the current rate.

· Less than 24 hours’ notice: Last-minute rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, subject to availability. The original payment will not be refunded or credited beyond scheduling the new date. If a reschedule is not possible, the session is treated as a late cancellation.

· Emergency Situations: Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Psychic Medium Natasha LLC and are not guaranteed.

· Digital Products and Virtual Events: Rescheduling does not apply to digital downloads, or pre-recorded events. These purchases are considered delivered at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

· More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel your appointment and receive a refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

· Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% late cancellation fee will apply. Half of the payment will be retained, and the remaining 50% may be refunded to the original payment method.

5.3 Late Arrivals

· Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period will be provided. If you arrive within this window, your session will proceed as scheduled, but it will still end at the original scheduled time.

· Arriving 16 minutes or later is considered a “no-show”, and the session will be canceled, subject to the no-show policy.

5.4 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show”.

· 100% of the payment is forfeited. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for no-show appointments.

· Repeated no-shows may result is restrictions on future bookings or permanent refusal of service.

SECTION 6: CODE OF CONDUCT

To maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all clients, participants, and members, Psychic Medium Natasha LLC upholds the following standards:

6.1 Respectful Behavior:

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the facilitator, staff, or other participants. This includes using appropriate language, listening when others are speaking, and honoring the shared space in sessions, events, and digital communities.

6.2 No Harassment or Disruption

Harassment, hate speech, threatening behavior, intimidation, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Disruptive actions that interfere with the experience of others are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Recording and Intellectual Property

· Private Sessions: You may record your individual private session for personal use only, provided you disclose the recording and receive verbal consent from the facilitator at the start of the session.

· Group Events: Unauthorized recording of group workshops, events, or digital membership content is strictly prohibited.

· Ownership: All materials provided are for your personal growth only and may not be shared, broadcast, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

6.4 No Solicitation

Participants may not use Psychic Medium Natasha LLC events, workshops, or digital member areas to advertise, solicit, or sell their own products or services to other participants.

6.5 Physical Safety and Boundaries

During in-person services (Reiki, Sound Baths, Property Energy Readings, and Property Clearing and Blessings), clients must follow all safety instructions. Inappropriate physical contact, unwanted attention, or sexualized behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

6.6 Sober and Present Participation

Participants are expected to be sober, clear-minded, and fully present. The use of mind-altering substances immediately before or during a session is prohibited.

· Guests: Non-participating guest, children, and pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.

6.7 Consequences for Violations

Any violation of this code may result in:

· Immediate removal from a session or event

· Termination of the session without refund

· Permanent revoked access to live or recorded content, events, or membership areas without refund

· Serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

SECTION 7: EVENT, PROGRAM, AND GROUP SESSION POLICY

7.1 All Sales Final

All event registrations, workshops, ceremonies, and group programs are final sale and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Psychic Medium Natasha LLC.

7.2 Host Cancellation

If an event is canceled by the host, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

7.3 Non-Transferable Tickets

Event tickets and registrations are strictly non-transferable. Under no circumstances may tickets be transferred, shared, or resold to another person. The registered purchaser is the only individual permitted to attend the event.

7.4 Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including handouts, PDFs, and replays, are for personal use only. You may not share, sell, or repurpose these materials for your own business or commercial gain.

7.5 Host Recording

Group Events may be recorded by the host for replay or marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded if you choose to speak or appear on camera. If you wish to remain anonymous, please keep your camera and microphone off.

7.6 Replays

If a replay is included in the purchase, it will be sent to all registered attendees regardless of live attendance, unless otherwise stated. Access to replays may be time limited.

7.7 Technology Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own devices, stable internet connections, and required software (e.g., Zoom). Psychic Medium Natasha LLC is not responsible for missed events or poor connection due to participant-side technical issues.

7.8 Privacy and Confidentiality

To maintain a safe space, participants agree to keep all personal information shared by other attendees strictly confidential. Recording, screenshotting, or sharing the identity/stories of other participants is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.9 Enforcement and Removal

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without a refund for disrespectful behavior, breach of privacy, or disruption of the experience for others.

SECTION 8: MEMBERSHIP POLICY

By purchasing or enrolling in any membership offered by Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, you agree to the following terms.

8.1 Subscription and Monthly Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via secure third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or Squarespace). By enrolling, you authorize Psychic Medium Natasha LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

8.2 Auto-Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew every month on your billing anniversary date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure cancellation is completed before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

8.3 Payment Authorization

You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails or is declined, access to the membership portal and all associated content will be suspended immediately until the balance is paid in full.

8.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal.

· Timing: Cancellation must be completed prior to your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

· Post-Cancellation Access: After canceling, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will occur.

8.5 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of all membership content, all payments are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

· Failure to cancel before renewal date

· Lack of usage or participation

· Dissatisfaction with content or missed live sessions

8.6 Access to Membership Content

Access to exclusive digital content (videos, PDFs, live sessions) is granted only for the duration of an active, paid membership. Upon cancellation or failed payment, access to all membership content, materials, and associated community spaces will be revoked at the end of the current billing period.

8.7 Live Sessions and Event Access

Members are responsible for staying informed of the schedule via membership portal. While reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy, missed live sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or individual rescheduling.

8.8 Intellectual Property and Non-Transferable Access

· Personal Use Only:All content and materials provided are the intellectual property of Psychic Medium Natasha LLC and are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, distribute, or sell any content or session recording without express written permission.

· No Account Sharing: Membership is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or Zoom links is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

8.9 Community Conduct and Technology

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserves the right to remove any member who is disruptive, disrespectful, or engaging in harmful behavior toward the host or other members, without refund. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access, devices, and software required to access membership content, including platforms such as Zoom and Squarespace. We are not responsible for individual technical issues, user error, or third-party platform outages.

8.10 Policy Modifications

Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the membership at any time, including content, structure, pricing, or availability. Members will be notified of any significant price changes before their next billing cycle.

SECTION 9: DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SHOP POLICY

By purchasing any digital product from the Psychic Medium Natasha LLC shop, you agree to the following terms:

9.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of all products, all sales are final. Once access is granted or the download link is sent, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

9.2 Digital Delivery and Access

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via download link, email, or account access. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have received access to the product and therefore waive any right to a refund or chargeback.

9.3 Download Responsibility

You are responsible for downloading and saving your digital products to your own device immediately upon purchase. 9.6 Spiritual and Educational Nature

All products are based on spiritual, intuitive, and personal development practices. You understand that experiences and interpretations are subjective and vary from person to person. No specific “spiritual breakthrough” or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

9.7 Intellectual Property and Usage

9.8 Non-Transferable License

9.9 Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, software (such as PDF readers or media players), and internet access to use your digital products. Psychic Medium Natasha LLC is not responsible for technical issues, user error, or third-party platform failures.

SECTION 10: DIGITAL GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

By purchasing or redeeming a digital gift certificate from Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, you agree to the following:

10.1 Digital Delivery and Purchase

· Digital-Only: All gift certificates are digital products. No physical cards will be issued.

· Recipient Designation: The purchaser must provide a valid recipient email address at checkout. The unique digital code is delivered directly to that address.

· Delivery Disclaimer: We are not responsible for certificates undelivered due to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser, technical errors, or emails filtered into spam/junk folders.

10.2 Redemption and Use

· How to Redeem: The unique code must be entered at the time of booking via our Acuity Scheduling portal.

· Scope of Use: Certificates are treated as a dollar- value credit toward eligible services or sessions. They may not be used for certain promotions, bundled offers, or special events unless explicitly stated.

· Pricing Adjustments: If service pricing increases between the time of purchase and redemption, the recipient is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of booking.

· No Guarantees: Redemption of a certificate does not guarantee any specific spiritual outcome, result, or personal experience.

10.3 Expiration and Balances

· 12-Month Limit: All gift certificates expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, except where prohibited by law. Expires certificates will not be honored, extended, or reissued.

· Partial Balances: If a balance remains after use, it may be applied to future eligible services until the balance is zero or the certificate expires.

10.4 Cancellations and No-Shows

· Standard Policies: All sessions booked with a gift certificate are subject to our Section 5: Appointment Logistics policies.

· Forfeiture: Failure to comply with these policies (e.g., a “no-show”) will result in the immediate forfeiture of the gift certificate’s value for that session.

10.5 Security and Refunds

· Final Sale: All gift certificate purchases are final. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

· Safekeeping: Treat your unique code like cash. Psychic Medium Natasha LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused codes.

· Fraud: Sharing codes, reselling, or attempting unauthorized redemptions will result in the certificate being voided without a refund.

10.6 Support and Governing Law

· Technical Issues: We are not liable for technical problems or email delivery failures beyond our control. For assistance, contact (Natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com) with your purchase information.

· Jurisdiction: The policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We reserve the right to monitor usage of our content and platforms for unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse. This may include tracking login activity, IP addresses, and access patterns for security purposes. Any attempt to bypass security measures, share access, or misuse content may result in immediate termination of access.

12.6 Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access to our programs, services, and materials without refund.
